Elizabeth Arnold is the Vice President of Lamorinda Consulting LLC. She has ten years of experience in wage and hour consulting. During this time she has developed specific expertise in assisting clients with legal issues related to employee classification (i.e., exempt vs. non-exempt employees), off-the-clock work, meal and rest break compliance, on-duty meal period agreements, tip pooling, and discrimination. Ms. Arnold has provided deposition testimony and has contributed to published journal articles regarding wage and hour issues.

As Vice President, Ms. Arnold oversees company operations and manages the development, coordination and delivery of expert and advisory services to leading law firms and corporations.

Prior to joining Lamorinda Consulting, Ms. Arnold was a consultant in the Organizational Assessment Practice at Right Management, and a consultant at both the Empower Group, and Terranova Consulting Group where she specialized in wage and hour related projects.

Ms. Arnold has a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Sociology with High Honors from the University of California, Berkeley and a Master's of Science in Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco.
