Experience

Dr. Banks has 35 years of experience conducting job studies and work analysis for a variety of purposes. She and the Lamorinda staff have 13 years of experience in the collection of job data for resolving wage and hour issues such as job misclassification and meal and rest break compliance. Over the last decade, Dr. Banks and her staff have conducted over 80 job studies using a variety of methodologies, including extensive job questionnaires, work experience surveys, and time and motion observation studies. Results of these studies have helped clients to modify jobs and company operations to improve compliance and to decide how to proceed in class action lawsuits.
