Our studies utilize methodologies developed by Dr. Cristina Banks, a recognized expert in the wage and hour field, employing scientific and valid measurement techniques. Dr. Banks applies her background in industrial-organizational psychology, and more specifically psychometrics and job analysis, to design job studies using reliable and valid measurement tools.
