Dr. Banks has more than 35 years of experience conducting job studies and work analysis for a variety of purposes. She and the Lamorinda staff have significant experience in the collection of job data for resolving wage and hour issues such as job misclassification and meal/rest break compliance. Over the last decade, Dr. Banks and her staff have conducted over 80 job studies using a variety of methodologies, including extensive job questionnaires, work experience surveys, and time and motion studies (observations). Results of these studies have helped clients to modify jobs and operations to improve compliance with the law as well as decide how to proceed in class action lawsuits.
