Raymond Banks has worked with Lamorinda as an associate since 2007. Mr. Banks specializes in economics and human resource management. He has experience in various types of data collection, including employee observations (time and motion studies), questionnaires and surveys. Mr. Banks also conducts research in support of project development and implementation.

Mr. Banks earned his Bachelor’s of Arts in Economics with minors in Philosophy and Computer Science from Linfield College. He is also a member of the Northern California Human Resource Association.
