Selection and Test Validation
We have developed and validated several selection systems across industries using sound scientific methods based on job analysis. These systems have spanned many different positions including auto workers, police officers, detectives, collections representatives, account executives, and customer service representatives. Job analysis forms the foundation of our selection procedures and provides the validation evidence along with correlational studies to support their use without discriminatory impact. Our selection instruments have not been successfully legally challenged because of the integrity of our tools and methods.
