Employment Discrimination

Our studies apply to a range of discrimination cases covered by Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Equal Pay Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act. Our extensive experience with job analysis allows us to address the primary issues involved with disparate impact and disparate treatment cases. Our methodology includes analyzing selection, promotion, and lay-offs for validity and fairness. We also use our job analysis techniques to develop reliable and valid employment processes to promote fairness in selection, promotion, compensation, lay-off and other employment decisions. Because our instrument development process is scientifically sound, we can defend the use of our employment instruments if their use results in adverse impact. We also have experience in developing reliable, valid and fair selection processes for jobs as part of a court order following litigation.
