Job Design

In many organizations, the way jobs are designed can lead to inherent conflicts between compliance with company and legal requirements and “getting the job done”. This conflict causes inefficiency and confusion, and may lead to potential legal violations. Therefore, it is important that jobs be properly designed to meet company expectations for productivity and to ensure legal compliance. We help clients to articulate their needs and work with them to translate those needs into job changes.  For example, we help clients determine how to distribute responsibilities among different positions within their organizations to ensure clear boundaries related to accurate job classification.
