Lamorinda evaluates the quality and validity of other experts’ work and provides guidance on how clients should respond to opposing expert declaration, deposition, and trial testimony. Studies with flawed methodology or misinterpreted data often lead to inaccurate conclusions. Given our expertise in conducting organizational studies and analyzing data, we are able to critically evaluate studies completed by other experts to determine whether the methodology used adheres to the highest scientific standards and whether the statistical analyses were performed and interpreted appropriately.
