Age Discrimination

The Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA) provides protection to workers over the age of 40 from discrimination on the basis of age. A properly conducted job analysis is essential for evaluating the validity and fairness of selection, promotion, compensation, lay-off and other employment processes related to ADEA case determinations. Our experience in conducting scientifically sound job analyses allows us to create systems that avoid legal liability and to evaluate the legality of exiting systems to determine whether age discrimination has occurred. We also evaluate company documents and other case materials, and conduct statistical analyses to formulate opinions and provide testimony for age discrimination cases.
